NetArt Group will acquire at least 1 million new users over the next five years. The dynamic growth will be realised through acquisitions in the Central and Eastern European markets of entities operating in the sectors of hosting, CPaaS and SaaS multi-channel communication services. The NetArt Group will allocate more than €250 million for the implementation of this plan.
Largest private technology company in CEE
NetArt Group is the largest private technology company operating in the Central and Eastern European region. It includes brands such as netart.com, nazwa.pl and test2speed.com, among others. The Group operates in the modern cloud services sector and its main sources of revenue are cloud hosting, its own CDN, SaaS services, CPaaS communications and domain registration. NetArt Group’s services and business processes are supported by artificial intelligence, allowing the group to generate high levels of cash flow from its operations and improve its financial performance at a double-digit rate each year.
Development in Central and Eastern European countries
NetArt Group’s business plan for 2025-2029 assumes the acquisition of more than 1 million new users during this period, through own funds and debt financing. Growth will be achieved primarily through acquisitions in the CEE region of companies operating in the hosting, CPaaS and SaaS multichannel communication services sectors.
The NetArt Group’s high level of technological development will allow it to quickly expand the range of services provided to newly acquired customers and offer solutions they could not use before. The large number of add-ons offered to the core services will enable customers to flexibly adapt the scope of services to their needs, thus gaining a competitive advantage and the benefit of a lower Total Cost of Ownership.
Acquisition targets of the NetArt Group
NetArt Group, with cash generated in previous years and debt financing capacity of more than €100 million, is ready to buy the largest companies in the CEE region. In particular, home.pl, owned by IONOS, and the hosting segment of the listed company cyber_Folks are on target.
The extensive acquisition process in the CEE region required NetArt Group to select a transaction advisor, which was PwC. An experienced and reputable institution will guarantee a professional approach to the negotiation and transaction processes. Thanks to the four M&A transactions completed by NetArt Group in 2024, the acquisition and consolidation processes in 2025 will proceed even more efficiently.
NetArt Group has aspirations to join the group of companies that are actively pursuing acquisitions in Europe. The listed companies GoDaddy and IONOS, as well as the One.com and team.blue groups, whose shareholders are private equity funds Cinven and Hg Capital, will have to compete in acquisition processes with new competitor NetArt Group from 2025 onwards.
Over €100 million EBITDA
The dynamic growth of the NetArt Group, through further expansion of the offering portfolio and acquisition processes, is expected to lead to a result of more than €100 million EBITDA in 2029. This development is to take place solely through equity and debt below 3x EBITDA. The acquisition of an additional financial investor may accelerate this growth.
