NetArt Group, a leader in providing modern cloud services, is stepping up its acquisition efforts. In the last six months of 2024, it has made as many as four acquisitions, thanks to which the number of clients it serves has increased by tens of thousands. This is the result of a strategy aimed at at least doubling its financial performance over the next few years.
Dynamic investment plans
NetArt Group plans to spend more than €100 million on further acquisitions in the near future. Activities include both domestic and foreign markets, which is part of the international expansion strategy. Talks are being held all the time with a wide range of potential partners, and the planned outcome is to be transactions that will enable the acquisition of up to 200,000 new clients. CEO Krzysztof Cebrat stresses that NetArt Group has a strong foundation for further development:
NetArt Group, having invaluable experience in M&A transactions, is a major player in acquisition processes. We have the know-how following closed transactions, a standardized process, no debt and access to more than EUR 100 million in financing, which allows us to plan future acquisitions with great comfort,” notes CEO Krzysztof Cebrat.
Development of service portfolio
NetArt Group is not limiting itself to acquisitions. In parallel, it is developing its own portfolio of services, with an increasing focus on Software as a Service and Communication Platform as a Service solutions. The modern cloud services it offers enable clients to run their businesses even more efficiently. The dynamic development of the offer naturally translates into an increase in ARPU, which in turn affects higher margins and generates higher profits. These are what enable further investments, both in the Polish and international markets.
Overseas expansion
NetArt Group boldly entered foreign markets in 2023. Today, through the netart.com brand, it successfully acquires customers in nearly 100 countries around the world. The experience gained over the years provides an excellent foundation for the next steps. The next planned stage of international development, as in the domestic market, will be acquisitions of companies, this time those operating globally.
– Talks with partners go smoothly, mainly because we are a reliable, recognized brand on the market. The fact that we have cash at our disposal is not without significance, and once we have agreed on business terms, we close deals almost overnight,” says Krzysztof Cebrat.

Acquisitions are not only a way to increase our customer base, but also an opportunity to strengthen our market position and expand our ecosystem of constituent companies.
